Well, first you won't find any Wii games here, but information that shows you how to find sites that do have them.
And as for your other question. Yes, you can save all your "homebrew" to your pc and run it with The Homebrew Channel via WiFi. As for running Wii iso's from a server, the answer is no. For this you need to burn iso's to a disc and either have a modchip installed or have a backup loader installed ( which you can run via The Homebrew Channel via WiFi or SD card ).
