Unofficial Gnucleus FAQs Posted

A pair of unofficial Gnucleus FAQs was written on short notice by the Dr. Jekyl to my Mr. Hyde, GuyMontag, for the site:

One of them is a General FAQ, good for someone new to Gnutella network file sharing who don't want to get it from The Man at MusicCity, LimeWire and Bearshare. The other is a Help FAQ, which I have tried to make as complete as possible.

I was asked to write them by the sites administrator after helping them with Gnuke, and after checking the site out, I agreed to the request. My reasons for this was that when asked to do it, to the best of my knowledge, there was no extensive FAQ covering the issues that I get asked often while lurking in the EFnet #gnutella/chat IRC channel. Hopefully this can answer those questions.

Because at this point I only covered subjects I was familiar with from my file stealing experience, I have left out questions concerning LANs and Firewalls for the time being. Hopefully they will be up too, possibly in a few days if I have the time to do the research.

Feel free to use this post for feedback concerning the FAQs. I hope users enjoy using them as much as I enjoyed writing them.
