Check out the Official Open Sign Up thread, not all of those are good, but you will get popular stuff on most of the sites..

Also for every hour of seeding you get 1mb upload credit. So if no one downloads from you, you can just seed for as many hours as mb the torrent is and you'll offset it.

If you would like music. Goto Packetnews or SearchIRC. Search what you want (music or genre of musc [trance]) and you will get thousands of options. This is just a good alternative to bittorent.
