A while back some group or university developed a method for sending browser content in a P2P method within the browser requiring no additional plugins. I thought I saw the news story on ZeroPaid but I can't seem to find it.

Does anyone know what I am referring to?

The technology I am thinking of was pluggable into current browsers. I think it used some combo of RSS and JavaScript/Java.
