Zeropaid is mentioned, oink is mentioned.

Also they talk about an "Interdiction" exploit in utorrent which allows them to interfere with downloads.

Interesting reading, will post some snippets later.

the messages are sure interesting. They don't like recycling! lol
BTW: they basicly are incurraging us to use the latest version of Utorrent, as it bans clients that send fake data aka them, thanks mediadefender! I'll be sure to tell all my friends.
how media defender works for music labels:Basic pricing:$4000 per album-month$2000 per track-month$1000 per developing artist album-month (<500,000 units
expected monthly volume)$1000 per month for monitoring single tracks out of previously monitored albums$500 per month for extended (long-term) monitoring
of single tracks out ofpreviously monitored albums

nuff said. Guess this is where the record indistry spends there money, and look what it does... nothing!

That MiiVi.com thing was just plain stupid. What it did was it told more people if you have to download an application to view videos, or listen to music from the site that's offering them you're making a mistake.

The thing is this is the way all commercial models work. So what they did was make commercial models less appealing. It encouraged people to stay with basic P2P.
