1st enable encryption- it prevents isp throttling
2nd disable the 3rd firewall while downloading (theres one in the router) 3rd I say its your router (you have bypass the router to check for speed difference?) 4th I had belkin itsucks, I suggest reset belkin, go to belk homepage and reopen the port. infact here the guidelines to do it right http://www.portforward.com/english/r...outerindex.htm |
