Avoid Packet Shaping -

My ISP (Tisclai, UK) is blocking all p2p downloading during peak hours 5pm-11pm.
Is there any way to get around this? I have tried turning on encryption in utorrent but it hasn't helped. I am still able to upload. |

Try changing your port number to a much higher number. The default is 6886, I have mine at 16886, you could use 50000 or 60000. Force the encryption with uTorrent.

Try changing the port to 433 and see how you go.
