Shriek if you know what I did last Friday the 13th.
The next time someone quotes statistics to you remember that 90% of the participants in a gang rape find it enjoyable. |

:devil My favorite hands down has to be the original Halloween. The eerie music is still in my head 30 years later

Guess I'm one sick puppy. Blair Witch sucked ass..... Seven was good....very disturbing - anyone remember the part where that skinny AID's infected lookin' dude killed the whore....in an odd manner. The only movie that ever actually freaked me out to the point of getting goose bumps was Kite - Japanese version they didn't release here. The ending to that was a mix of 'that's depressing'" "Hmmm the bastard got what he had coming" "What the fuck?" Realm of the senses was a majorly fucked up movie....(Japanese...) Funny thing is neither of those are horror movies. Hmmmm Idle Hand's was funny.....not really scary though. (Nice Alba scenes... :shy ) Twilight Zone movie was freaky... Not because the movie was good but because the 1 dude got his head chopped off along with 2 kid's getting ripped to bit's by the blades of a helicopter. I'll go with this old ass 70's/80's tales from the crypt movie...forget the name. But it was eerie as hell. Peace all, Later www.dakota-fanning.org www.elle-fanning.net |

First of all, kid, besides Seven and the MASTERPIECE Silence of the Lambs, you sure picked some horribly tame "scary movies." Teen Slasher flicks these days don't really stand up to the originals. Here's a listing of flicks that you probably haven't seen but should. CAUTION, IF YOU THINK THE MOVIES YOU PUT UP THERE ARE SCARY, THESE WILL SCARE YOU SHITLESS. AS A HORROR FAN, I SHIT YOU NOT.
1) The Exorcist: The 1973 Friedkin original still scares to this day, and the new scenes from the directors cut add some more frights. The scene with the girl plunging the cross into her vagina will make ya wince. 2) Halloween: How could you guys not remember this??? No real gore, but man the suspence gets ya. Theme song is great too. 3) Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer: THE MOST DISTURBING FLICK I'VE SEEN SO FAR. I mean, the scenes seem so real, and they never let you go. Loosely based on the real serial killer, Henry Lee Lucas. Not only is this movie, sickeningly bloody, raw, and vivid, many top critics like Siskel and Ebert say this is THE best and most frightening serial killer film ever made. The ending is simply one of the best endings in film history. 4) The Thing (1983) The John Carpenter remake mixes gore, paranoia and suspence into a great claustophobic film. Watch out for the "spider head" scene, the special effects haven't been matched to this date. 5) Night of the Living Dead (1990) This will freak ya out as the best zombie movie, period, screw the resident evil movie. In terms of suspense, gore, and a sense of utter hopelessness, this flick will creep you out. 6) The Shining: Heeere's Johnny!!! I wanted to include another true work of art, one of the best Stephen King adaptations ever made. 7) Hellraiser: I know people that can't even bear to watch this film cuz its so sickeningly gory at times. However, this film is just so damn well made and original. Clive Barker's masterpiece remains on many people's top 10 horror lists. The cenobites will freak you out when they first come out of the puzzle box. 8) The Ring (1998) Yes, thats right kids, the Ring is actually a remake of a somewhat recent asian horror flick, which has no blood and all death occur off screen. But this film is regarded in Japan as its version of Freddy Kruger, and many horror movie lovers say this film is of course superior to its 2002 remake. However, I have seen the new one and its a worthy remake in itself. However, don't count out watching the original, cuz it truly does scare the living hell outta ya. By the way, expect the Ring 2 to come out soon in the US, since the sequels have already come out in Japan. 9) Last House on the Left: I didnt want to include this at first, but this film is truely disturbing. Wes Craven's 1972 shocker has managed to been cut and censored around the world and even banned in some countries like Britain. I'd tell you guys what this is about, but you'd just consider me sick for even mentioning it. I myself haven't seen it yet, but many tell me its just unbearable to watch sometimes. And thats it, my list of the freakiest movies of all time. |

Silence of the Lamb was disturbing but its nothing compared to the Exorcist. Man that movie was freaky! Did you know that some of the stuff in the movie wasn't planned? There were actual chairs and other items flying on stage.....and there were soo many people that got hurt during the filming...geez creepy

Yup, they filmed on a set that was cold as hell and one of 'em died or some shit...I'm sure some of ya older ZP members have tons of stories about that movie. BTW anyone see the twilight zone movie? The dude from that old ass show Combat got decapitated in one scene along with 2 kids. Now that's fucking disturbing. (Seriously....it did happen. They cut the scenes out.) www.dakota-fanning.org www.elle-fanning.net |
