One of these.

There are so many clients with so many faithful believers that there is no answer to your question

A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in.

Exactly testicles!....you ask a question like that and you get a thousand different responses and arguments on which p2p program is the best....THERE IS NO BEST!

There may be a "best for YOU",though. But the poster that asked this question is going to have to do what everyone else does.....try a bunch of different p2p apps until he finds the one that suits him. I believe that there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to p2p.

I completley agree with you, because I think that everyone who use p2p have a different favorite program.

My favorite is newsgroups...fastest speed (maxes out my connection from the time a file starts until a file is finished) and the best part.... NO uploading back!

I will gladly pay for the service I get. I cannot get this speed even on private BT sites. (which are a decent second in my opinion and the next best option if you want a free way to get files)

Different networks and clients are really good and bad depending on your needs and tastes.

I personally use the Gnutella network for individual songs (FrostWire), the BitTorrent network for just about everything else (Azureus), and the eDonkey network for those hard-to-find files (eMule).

Just play around with different clients and figure out what you like the best, you can't go wrong with trying something new. ;)
