....The best way to go about stopping there bull is to stop using there service....if/when they try it just drop your service. If enough people just stop shelling out 50+ a month for there product they'll begin to see how bad off they are.......maybe they won't. Who knows? If that happens maybe we'll go to that shit Rickio was talking about....it's 'outside' the net - like a huge WAN/LAN.

for me to stay away from cable I guess.

I have a question...
At the moment I'm still dialing up(56k). Several months ago Charter started their pipeline thing for broadband. My mother has it and it's only getting 14-16kbs and it still goes through her phone. That doesn't sound right to me. Is it?
My question is...
Does anyone receive their broadband service from DirectTv? Is it worth the money?
This is the only thing besides Charter that is available in my area. It really sucks!
