Hi I might be interested in taking this to PM, but to avoid the same questions being asked please could you answer the following.

1) PAL or NTSC?

2) How old is it

3) which mod chip (make and model please).

4) Rough ball park figure

Isnt it okay to sell a MODDED Xbox, or is it the actual Modding thats illegal?

BTW , is it a soft or hard MOD? (added HDD or not)

It's legal to buy it, it's legal to own it and, if you're the proprietor of an p2p website, it's legal to sell it. It's legal to carry it, which doesn't really matter 'cause -- get a load of this -- if the cops stop you, it's illegal for them to search you.

I don't know is the honest answer.

I think I jumped the gun a little. I just ordered the mod-chip.

Guess I'll let you know when it's done, my friend has modded MANY xboxs.

It's virtually a new xbox. I believe it's a v1.6. Great shape.
