I use emule, simply because it has a much better interface, connects faster to better servers, and just gets you the file faster, but if you have trouble with connecting to servers, overnet is the trick, mind you that overnet is not a clone, as it was made by the creators of eDonkey 2000, but it is a decentralized network, but many of us have had problems with overnet, as when you sign off, your computer will still be bogged down because clients will still be hammering your IP address until you sign on again or get a new IP address, overnet is bad if you have a static IP address, as it takes days for the hammering to stop,

I RECCOMEND EMULE (emule.sf.net)
UNDER THAT EDONKEY (edonkey2000.com)
THEN OVERNET (overnet.com)

ive used edonakey and am currently using overnet. theyre both pretty similar, the thing i dont like about overnet is the amount of resources it uses, but serverless is the way to go. i reckon im gonna try emule out soon though, it counds cool.

ya gotta know though, if ya dont already, that edonkey/overnet is a bit different from kazaa, in so much as you dont just run a search for what you want then pick from what comes up (you can but this ways crap).....you need to go to sites like sharereactor.com and filenexus.com choose what ya want then click on the links to load them into the client.

edonkey/overnet is great, the quality of files is better than any p2p client without exception. only probelm is that downloads can be dam slow. apart from this its all cool.
