I hope not, and I think file swappers won't be caught. Cause there're too much of them, and if the RIAA shuts one p2p network down, another will take it over :D

file sharers can get caught but they will have to be treated differently, can you imagine the outcry from the moms of america when the govt threatens to put thier sweet little boys and girls in juvie because he got a song from someone else?

It can decline, in which the mainstream techophobic kazaa users go off and talk about the good old days, but for the hardcore of us they'll always be ftp, newsgroups, irc, and the old standby, the AIM friends list. If you know what these key terms are:
Spyware/Stealware/Malware/Adware/Bloatware De-Centralized Superpeer Monopoly Firewall Queue Server Proxy PM then chances are, you won't stop downloading because the RIAA rips kazaa to shreds or limewire adds more evil -ware to the mix its got now.
