Probably your contacts list has become stale. Exit Overnet if you have it running and go to your overnet directory (where the exe is, not your downloads) and delete "contact.dat". When you run overnet next, it'll ask you for a boot ip (if you're running the GUI). To get a boot ip go to http://kickme.to/FlockHelpApp (note that only IP address work directly in ON, if you want to use the named address you have to resolve them manually or install FlockHelpApp). Overnet should then be able to grab new contacts and be fine.
