If what you are wanting to do is take both incomplete sets, and continue them on one computer--that can be done.
In Azureus, you can go into the torrent details and see which files are completed. Compare this list on both torrents, and then close the torrent clients. You can then copy the completed files from one that have not been completed on the other from one temporary directory to the other. After that, restart your client on the second computer and you should have at least a little bit more completed than you did before :-) "I have no special talents, I am only passionately curious."
