in the news section we should be able to have animated smileys.

i suggest that they allow smileys on the news section. anyone else? but, i think animated smileys should be added. because, we already give our opinion, we should also be able to show an animated gif, because well, it would liven up the news section. la la and also because it can show how we feel about the news article, without cursing. lol. o well rtw:mellow
