first you must download a screen capture program.now one i use, is
a freeware program called howies quick screen capture program.
heres a direct link to download the program

http://www.howiesfunware.com/ScreenCp.exe

now, once you download the program, install it into its own directory, after that, you click on the icon program to execute it, once you do this, you make sure you have the file sharing program you want open.
after you do this. minimize everything except the filesharing program, and you will click F12 on your keyboard to capture the screenshot.
more then likely, the screenshot you will take, will be put in the c directory of your computer.
good luck i use this program all the time and i have no problem.

yes, that also works, but, what if ya want to automate the process. i suggest this program, because what if ya want more then one screenshot, then you have to keep going back and forth pasting it to the paint program, that comes with windows.
i believe that this program is good, because you can take multiple screenshots.
your choice, both ways is good.

Okay Carpe Diem let hawkburn decide your way (the hard way) or My Way (the easy way). Both ways work..

Talking heres a nice one - August 30th, 2002, 08:53 PM

Here is one that I have used for a while it is a small program but has some nice features to it, give it try:
It installs into its own dir much like the program mentioned above, this one also lets you specify whether you want to capture : full screen, partial screen or indicated window. all with hotkeys.

OMG! I'm so glad it worked. I have been trying for well over a month to post my desktop on the net. Thank you so much for that program. It works wonders, so easy to use, great app. BTW sorry for the double post.

I had a better background but I lost it. I will find another one shortly. I will just look on the net and set as desktop background. As you can see, I like to keep my desktop fairly tidy w/ folders and what not. I so wanted to post this a month or so ok when i saw the thread for it: something to the tune of this: Desktops.....Let's See Em'. At that time, I was having too many comp probs and didn't have the capability too. Well anyway I like the proggies I have and I believe I have come a long way from a computer a little less than a year old connected with a 56k modem. And that's after a hard drive failure......which I was fully refunded for from the guys at HP. But when I got my comp back, it smelled like eggs.......like seriously smelled like they had a lotion and rubbed it all over my tower. And the stickers were coming off and crap........plus the hooked me up with a differnt CD/Cd-RW Drive. This one seems to be slower at burning, but hey maybe thats just me. I'm gonna go smoke some reefers. Whoooppddee Doooo. Get DALLIFIED. Let's get the festivities goin Uncle Tom Jalbert....EhaW
