you may want turn off system restore an go in to ure norton av options and conigure it to scan all files and if norton doesnt find it i suggest u download AVG and Antivir to scan ure pc both of these ANtiviruses and can b found at www.majorgeeks.com best part of all their r both free Hope this can help u out
