These guys have developed a method to turn passive cd players into dynamic media and is based on hardware (smartcards and such) so its supposed to be much harder to crack then software based protection. what do ya'all think?
bastards I wonder if they'd like to hear from the p2p community... I found this link here: tech-report -Oscar Wilde ZeroPaid UD homepage |

apparently this technology centers around a hardware change in writing the disk and yet is backwards compatible with existing cd and dvd players.... it is apparently much harder to bypass than past ideas have been. But... on the site itself they refer to it as more impractical not impossible.... which of course, we ALL know it couldnt be. Anything that is made can be unmade... any tactics they emply can and will be broken.
