I've tried it, and the fact that it's not being actively developed make it not worth it, but as a program it's terrible. The only thing good about SongSpy in the first place was the Karma system. Which I could never even get to work. :mellow

Matt's Reply: It is currently in development of a completely new legal system. They were just purchased by a bigger company.

it worked great for me in the beginning although it didnt have a lot of files, but a ok amount. later though it started to work bad for me so i got rid of it. i still dont know what the problem was, but now im looking for the spyware free version to maybe give it another try. so i rate it an ok.
