haven't had a chance to try poisoned yet, but...
acquisition rocks. the integration with itunes is wonderful, it's fast (considering it's p2p) and it uses a bunch of limewire's insides for free (like you can't find a crack or just click "later" every hour or whatever). then i just connect via ftp to the ibook and sync the songs on my pc. |

just tried poisoned... there's a lot of nice features, the itunes integration is nice, but there is still a lot lacking. the features of even g1 over fasttrack are seen well here:
i let both programs connect to there networks, and then searched for swat movie. acqx came up with dozens of sources for both part1 and 2 of the movie. poisoned? max was 5. and poisoned never actually connected to gnutella. |

hmm, let's put it this way:
i use acquisition. i'm an apple fanboy, everybody knows that (or should). but to get me to say i actually like a p2p program takes a lot... see the '48 new songs' in the sig? all those came from acqx. if i wanted to be real, i could give you the real number of songs i downloaded, but didn't like and deleted... |
