Current unstable state -

This thread will log all the (for users important) changes in performance for the unstable builds beginning with 6405.
Please, do not advertise these results on general p2p sites since it is not wished to advertise the unstable build by the freenet community & developers. Thank you! 6405: I've installed it today and what? Freenet retrieves freesites again! Since more than a year it was nearly impossible and now it gets them. A new index has been added to the unstable bookmarks page by default - the DFI (Dolphin's Freesite Index) and I must say that it is a very great index site. You might want to get some files off those mp3 freesites. I must tell you that they dropped off the network due to low usage or to reorganization of the network. I'm sure that soon Freenet will become a reliable ressource. Waiting for major changes on unstable ... :ass to general p2p :) |

is freenet still programed in Java? I'd use it, but all java is a bitch with my screen reader, so.
