How often do you go to a concert/gig? - August 12th, 2002, 07:49 PM

Here's a good question. You all say that you should support the artists by going to their events, so how often do you go?

I try to get out and support local artists in my area at least once a week, and usually try to attend shows by the major acts once or twice a year,

just saw the Grateful Dead and will see Ozzy play real soon

I used to go more often, but since moving to another city, I don't have anybody to go with and don't know the local music scene that well. My wife doesn't like smokey clubs and metal music too much, so she won't even go with me!

If I was single, I'd probably go a lot. :sw

I don't have any friends that are into the kind of music I like either, so I only get a chance to go a few times a year.

I try to get out and support the bands i like as money expenses allow. This past sumemr i saw Our Lady Peace in concert which was excellent btw. Unfortunately i missed Tool coming through. But yeah money allowing i will support groups on tour a 100% not only going to shows but i am a nut for least tshirt or something else from there.
