why does winmx UL queue disappear?

Every so often, my entire upload queue in winmx just goes away. Files that are currently uploading stay, but there's suddenly no one in line below that (when there may have been 50 or so just a moment before). It's annoying b/c sometimes someone I'm sharing with starts my file when I'm gone/sleeping, and by the time I get back they aren't in my queue any more so I can't return the favor. Why does this happen? Is there anything I can do?

Dont' worry about it, if you are sharing and let people download from you, then your doing your part buddy!
