db problems 6/14/2003 -

Had diskspace errors on the moring of 6/14/2003, with the site slipping in and out of usability. Restored somewhat full functionality @ 12:41pm pacific. Still working on getting all the cronjobs up, but all else should be well. Thanks for your patience.
