Well since I live in Dallas, the next home of QuakeCon in August!!!, I would have to say QuakeIII, because I know they wont be playing HL2 there. :)

Don't be daft mate, the difference between the games is the storytelling. The physics engines are different too. The Q3 and UT engines are so customisable, you can make completely different games with them. You're complaining about identikit games, and i bet you own a bloody playstation2... |
