On Sunday 11-15-09 at 8 PM EST the remake of the BBC TV series "The Prisoner" airs on the AMC network.

Being old enough to have watched the original series in the early 70's I can say that the new six episode series has much to live up to.
If possible I recommed that anyone who is interest in the remake, that they try and whatch the original 19 episode series before watching the remake.

I'm looking forward to the new series. I'm not quite old enough to say I watched the original when it aired, but I have seen all the re-runs. Great show!

I am in no way a sports car fan but I love the open air sports car that Patrick McGoon drove in the original series.
If memory serves me right it was so kind of Lotus model two seater.

I believe you're correct. It was a Lotus Seven S II.
