Emule Plus Problem

I have all up to date versions of emule and emule plus. When i installed emule during downloads my internet slows down. Webpages take longer to open. It used to work perfect before i got emule plus. I have cable internet connection and my computer is in top shape so no problem with ram or processor or connection. ???

Make sure the settings for managing the bandwidth are limited enough to allow enough bandwidth for things like browsing the internet. The new program installation might have changed your settings.
