Ok i have a problem with Adobe Premiere 6.0. Does anyone know how to uncompress footage? I think that is what is causing a problem i have been having...

LOL, uh, the term "uncompress footage" can mean a billion things. You mean the raw video? The edited video? The temp files? What format is it currently in? What format do you consider "uncompressed"?
And for the love of Pete, what is the problem?

Ok here we go in detail, the raw footage in priemere, i have finished editing and layed the music. Everything is done and editted when i go to export the timeline to movie is the problem.
I did it once and for some reason the last five minutes showed up blank. So when i went to to the problem i fixed it and tried to do it again, this time only the intro came out and one clip showed in an 45 minute video. i was real confused so i went to look into it, what i noticed the most about it was the clip that showed in the properties of the clip, it had stats (like the timecode and frames). The clip that would not show up had nothing but 0000 and what i noticed in these is that they said compressed where as the clip that showed said uncompressed. So im assuming thats the problem but i can be mistaken. Im part of that 75% so here are my comp. stats
the files or movie files are Realplayer exporting to Quick
in Win xp pro. with adobe priemere 6.0.
hope that helps

Oh my goodness, I'd try not to use quicktime OR real player, both proprietary compression formats, and that means you're going to have compatibility problems. Xvid, Divx, any avi codec can be played in any media player, which means Premiere should have no problem picking them up.
I haven't played around with Premiere all that much so I don't know it like the back of my hand or anything, but If I were you, I'd get virtualdub here (http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/virtualdub/VirtualDub-1.5.1.zip) and then you can uncompress them, I'd compress them to high bitrate xvid, and then try running them back through Premiere.
Someone else that knows more about Premiere than me might be able to instruct you with more details.
Good luck.
