eMule v0.27c warning message, what does it mean??

Hi All,

New, to all this file sharing stuff, so apologies if this is a basic query, but i keep getting the following message :

: An attempt was made to access an unnamed file past its end

Could anyone tell me what this means and what I should do.

I've recently noted the message also and I will go look at the edonkey and emule forums and see if I can figure it out.

It seems to be hampering the search capability and is a nuisance.

It won't affect how emule is running just your searches.

also I think some versions get this problem worse than others.

I use a older mod and only get that message in searches. Some people say the 27c version is getting that message a lot. Change to emule plus 1c, it seems to not have as much trouble.

the bottom line seems to be that the bug is to be fixed in the emule 28c and also the svika mod seems to have fixed it as well.
