Is There a tutorial or faq on how to use K-Dat

I'm just wondering how to use the program or even what it does:mellow

I haven't heard of K-Dat b4 today. I searched google was sent right back here to zeropaid. Go to http://www.zeropaid.com/news/articles/auto/02192003a.php for more info. If the link doesn't work, search google for K-Dat and you will find it.. From what I read, it is software to view partialy downloaded files.
