What Bout Winamp 2.91 ???

Hey i hated v3 so back to 2.79........now just upgraded to 2.91, ya guys tried it ? Download 2.91 (http://classic.winamp.com/download/index.jhtml)

I tried 2.90 and it was buggy so I went back down a version.

I recommend it to anybody hesitating to switch from 2.81

I just upgraded from 2.90 to 2.91 and I must say there really isn't any noticable differences. Just a few bug fixes and such.

Yeah, I don't notice any immediate differences either. I guess I'll have to fiddle around with it.

Tags still seem to be screwed up.

I am using 2.91, but they HAVE to fix there asf, or asv, don't really know the spelling of that file type, streming play back!

If the first Winamp 2.9 was any indication, 2.91 should be pretty good for me.

i use winamp 2.9. i read the changelog, and it doesn't look like anything major i need. so i will just wait until something important does happen.

Why would you want to continue using an older version such as 2.9? There seems to be a lot of bug fixes and stuff and I think everybody should upgrade..

does 2.91 support the same kind of skinning that v3 supports.....thats one of the only reasons i use v3

i also like QCD player......but the only prob i have with it is that it doesnt have a media library like winamp 3....so if they got a media library i would definately use it

I will continue to use 2.81 because I don't need the video capabilities with 2.91. Just more stuff to get in my way.

Anyway, it's optional during installation so you can upgrade without video support.. (don't know why though)

I just upgraded to 2.91 to avoid coming across a bug that may or may not be in 2.90. It's better to be safe than sorry when it comes to minor updates.

I'm really hoping more skinners create decent skins that include Winamp 2.9x's library feature.

I always thought of Winamp as a audio player, and liked to keep it that way, I use other programs for video.

Winamp 5.0 is in alpha, not 2.5.
