CuteMX was Cute Media eXchange, so I'm assuming WinMX is Windows Media eXchange....
or... It has no other meaning.

hmm... there used to be another company who made a filesharing thing called cutemx, and i think it meant media exchange for them...
but midget xylophone is probably what it is.
