alright, when a person is downloading off of me, the person will get like 9 Kb and then the connection will close. Then that same person will come back get about 9 or so Kb of the same song and then the connection will close again. This continues to happen. And not with just one person, or any particular file. It happens with a lot of people, and a lot of my files. I don't do anything, the connection closes itself. I have DSL and am running WinXP. I have the 1.05 version too. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. Is the a natural thing? If not, how can I fix this?

Do you have any other P2P programs running? If you can only upload .17KB a second, it might figure it would be better off limiting the file chunks.
I'm probably wrong...

I would recomend editing the picture to NOT show the files you are downloading. Just a FYI.

Happens to me also. Something similar happens with Kazaa, but not as often. This does not happen with Ares. Figure out what is different about Ares and you will have it!:fire I'm running Windows 2000 on a 56k dial-up, which is a little different than your set-up, so the problem isn;t there.

I have not had good luck with piolet and yes you may want to censor your screenshots.
