Can't DL Limewire

I'm running a Mac G4, using OS 9x and Limewire doesn't like me. I've tried downloading it from a couple different sites and either:
1. It DL's and when it unstuffs, it does so directly into my trashcan, and I can't run anything

or

2. When it tries to install, it tells me there's some sort of corruption.

Has anyone had similar problems and what can I do??? I've been using Myster, which is decent in a severely limited way.

since you have a g4 mac, i would suggest getting at least 256mb ram, and buying osx. then get acquisition. its a lot nicer. plus, you have apple's full attention, since they aren't doing anything for os9 anymore.

limewire needs the new java runtimes do, which os9 doesnt support. java 1.4 is only available on osx.
