Which part of the world do you live in?
I am thinking that there may be a pattern.

I've been reading alot of posts going both ways with this. At first I thought it was my PC since I just upgraded the OS. But I have seen posts about users having DL's going at <1k/s and I have heard about users with no problems at all. I thought there may be a pattern and I thought this would be the way to find out.

i have really slow upload but mydownload it what its spose to be at 1.5mbit :)

I JUST found out that my ISP has capped "certain" applications access to the internet. The only one named was Gnutella. So, this is my solution to my problem. I upgraded my OS at the same time. That is why I thought it was my PC.

Sorry, I wish it was something else that could be fixed.
