Whats with the wierd eMule download icons, do they have some sort of importance? Or are they just eye-candy?

The one on the bottom is the comment meter, for lack of better terminology. It indicates that people have rated the file. The amount the meter is filled and with what color indicate good or bad and the severity of each.

The top one, I believe, might be a known bugged/corrupt file or some such thing.

Thanks DainBramaged, but I'm a little confused because if the bottom on is like a meter then why does it keep going from yellow to green to sometimes black, and then normally just disappear? Also I only ever get that bug icon when I connect to a certain network, the rest of the time it doesn't show up.

The amount that the meter is filled indicates the amount of comments for the given file. The color that the meter changes to indicates the severity of the comments, good or bad. I haven't got it quite figured out yet, but basically, green is good and red is bad.

But I need to know what that red bug icon really means.. i was thinking some kind of corrupt file or something but I want to make sure..
