Is there a problem ????

I am wondering if there is a problem with the winmx "network"? There are the usual posts about not being able to download and such which could be firewall related, but in my experience here lately winmx is getting really screwwy, I never had as much trouble with it as I have in the last few weeks, whats up?
If I were to venture a "paranoid" guess it would be that there is something screwwing with the general system,,,, hmmm a rival P2P perhaps??? or maybe it has something to do with 3.0beta,,,,,,,,,,,,oh well if it does not change I guess I will go to using DC full time, which would be a shame because Winmx has a lot going for it,,,,,,,,,, any thoughts?

I think they have alot on their plate right now, with the 2.6 and 3.0 beta wpnp networks (that are not compatible with each other) Give them a little time, when 3.0 final comes out, it should be a real treat.

But hey, DC is a good prog in its own right, so you cant go wrong with a WinMX,DC gnucleus combo

You are right, I just got off a frustrating session of trying to dl some rather large files that shouldn't have been so troublesome, can't wait for 3.0 I am ready, also I started using gnucleus again but it is just not the experience that the other two proggies are, and btw Trellian kicks butt!! thanx for the link

dont know if u d/l any skinz for trillian, but there are some good ones out there. I personally use Frequency - Original, but chek some of them out. The only thing I didnt care for on trillian was the way it looked, but I was impressed with functionality, whit alternate skinz u can have both, looks and functionality.

hey guys there are just a few of us down here but do the posts look great or what? Lets have some fun. If you feel like it post your band list on my music thread. I am the only post so far and it is making me feel like the only one on a p2p network. By the way with Xolox back on is
Winmx going to be a option. I have been useing it for a while but a lot of times just do not find what I am looking for and I just hate the search that either gives you a bunch of garbage or nothing at all. I know these files are out there but hard to find on Winmx.
