no, i couldnt do it either, and the only proxy i could find in the netherlands was v-e-r-y s-l-o-w . here it is:

IP: 194.134.242.16
Port: 8080

just doesn't seem to load up the activex control (trying to sound technical ;-)

http://www.dsltv.nl/ stream works if you connect through a Dutch proxy, it's a little choppy though.
