How can I find programs for MAC?

On KAZAA I can find almost all the programs I want for PC, but what about MAC?

What program can I use for downloading a lot of MAC programs like on KAZAA (I say a lot because on KAZAA it's possible to find everything)?

Now, to get to your question, I think that you are more likely to find MAC programs on a p2p network that runs on a MAC. I am pretty sure that there is no version of kazaa that runs on a MAC so I wouldn't use that. If I were you, I would use somethingt like Acquisition or Overnet or Limewire. On the front page of zeropaid it has a link to all the programs that run on MACs.

You mean, if I use a program ON a MAC I'll be able to find a lot a programs for MAC as I find on KAZAA for PC?

Another question is... Is there any program for PC allowing me to download programs for MAC ? (instead of using the MAC because I don't have the MAC right now)

Yes, I meant if you use a program on a MAC you will be able to find a lot of programs for MAC.
I am not sure what networks are better but I would recommend using a network that is avaiable for PC and MAC, edonkey is one example. Kazaa is only available for PC so you probably wouldn't get as much luck there.
I don't know for sure but I would use a program that connects to the Gnutella network as it is open source and has several programs that run on a PC or a MAC.
