No uploads

While using DC, I don't get any uploads and I have about 2GB of shared files. Most of them are MP3s but I have a few video files and some programs. Is there something wrong on my end? Thanks.

Probably not, people on DC rarely look for mp3s, and unless your videos are very demanded, it may be a long time before anyone bothers to download them.

Could be wrong though, wait for Notbob.

all i care about is albums, if someone is sharing random songs or videos, i have no interest whatsoever

another factor is the 2 GB share--with people sharing 40, 80, or 100GB, the odds are better that they'll find what they want there and ignore you altogether

just because nobody wants your stuff, don't feel bad, because you can still get what you want, right? man that's a problem i wish i had-- i am constantly getting hammered by file seekers 24/7

Oh ok thanks. I thought it was a problem on my end since I heard that you have to confifure programs to run under firewall mode and since I had a firewall, I thought that it may be a problem. I also can't connect to some hubs for some reason. I know some of them require 5 and 10 GB of shared files but sometime I don't get any messages about not being able to connect to hubs.
