Graphics s/w to....

Hi

I have PSP7 and I'm trying to get some decent fake pictures I make for fun.

1. I'm trying to exchange someone's face for another's body. I've done this but it isn't 100% as there are pixels from the editing on both pics.

Is there a quick way just to remove someone's head without anything else getting in the editing?

2. To have a quick method of making the background different colours including white.

I have MS Paint as well on WinXP and this works but it's a fiddle. Is there any software that makes this easier?

...Basically instead of using freehand to cut what I want out can the computer do it instead? I havent got a really steady hand so when I merge two pics together it aint that good.

Any suggestions appreciated.

There will be better answers than this soon I hope, I'm dying to see what all they are. :fire In the meantime I will tell you that you will have better luck by pasting your cutout objects into another window, magnifying them to a view where you can see individual pixels, and cleaning up the edges there with the pour tool. There are some things you will need to learn about transparency as well, maybe I will try to cover that later on if someone smarter doesn't.

I've been using the rubber to get the rubbish off. Just thought there might be a "cleaner" way to do it, that's all.

to start off with u need to get a better graphics app. i prefer photoshop 7 myself. as for ur digital picture editing, try searching google for a tutorial on this topic.

Thanks just I lost the user manual to PSP7 so I'm pretty much stuck. My bro has Photoshop 7 so I'll try that out.
