help me with Morpheus!!

I have just downloaded most recent version of Morpheus (1.9), but when I try to launch it, box comes up saying 'can't initialize RTF control'. Have never had this problem before, and can't find my way around it. Help me purleeeese!! Thanks.

Delete Morpheus, and go download Gnucleus (http://www.gnucleus.net ).
It's the same program without the Spyware, where do you think Morpheus got there program from....Gnucleus.

Yes get rid of Morpheus as fast as you can. If you wan't to use the Gnutella network I recommend Xolox, Gnucleus, or Shareaza. This new "Morpheus PE" is a cheap rip off clone of Gnucleus thats stuffed with spyware and other shit. As of right now, there are too many people out there using this cheap ass Morpheus and its hurting the Gnutella network. Besides all others I mentioned are much better. Gnucleus is better becuase it will auto-update and you won't get stuck with a Morpheus client that is basicly an out of date Gnucleus. Xolox and Shareaza are by far the best Gnutella clients out there now.


Grabowski's Iguana has punished me for my lack of "First Posting" skills. I'm so ashamed. SO REMEBER, A "FIRST POST" A DAY KEEPS THE "DOCTOR" AWAY(or demonic "Iguana"...whatever).

Get rid of Morpheus for all the reasons posted above. If you need something "like" Morpheus then use Gnucleus. Morpheus is a rip-off of Gnucleus. All they did was take Gnucleus and load it with spyware. There are much better Gnutella alternatives.

Step 1, have you tried an uninstall/reinstall?

There may not be spyware in 1.9. I know there was in all previous versions. But for all other reasons listed, dump it!
