richedit?

here's my problem:

i use cuteftp pro (hacked) to work on my website and do ftp type stuff.

today when i tried to open it, it says, and i quote:
"System Error - RichEdit initialization failed. Make sure that the latest RichEdit libraries are present."

before i go and google this to try and find a dl, can anybody help? it happens in outlook express when i double click an email file too.

the last thing i installed was my ipod updater, but i don't think that was what started this. i actually found a file called osx4pc (which was basically i big ass theme file) which i think may have screwed some of my stuff up.

yea i know, watch what you download, but hey, i was interested. and besides, it only takes a day to rewrite my system, although it is something i do not look forward too, it should be done soon i suppose...

Install the latest version of the ms common controls and this will resolve the issue.

ahh, never mind... after i thought about 'common controls' for a minute, i realized i had a set in my ms vb6 installer. unzipped, installed, and everything works great. thanks!
