best way to create .iso files?

whats the best software to use to create iso files?

also is it possible to create iso's not only from cd's but from files as well?

I would say Nero Burning Rom is pretty good at that

I think you can create a project in Nero, then save it as an .iso, but I'm not possitive

I prefer WinISO (http://www.winiso.com) , you can get a cracked copy at fasttrack and many other networks ; )

Since were on the subject of ISO files, I am currently downloading a game in GCD format.

What program should (or would be the best) I use for this once it has completed downloading?
