I am not going to ask you a zillion question for this, and I am not going to look it up for you. Instead, you are going to have the satisfaction of the true DIY"fer.

First, read the bood that came with your MB.

If you do not have that book, download it from the MB manufactures site. It will definitively tell you where to place the connector. (if indeed there is a place)

You may get lucky and on close examination of your MB, see a header, with the same # of pins, and see on the MB "USB2" etc.

With a nominal amount of investigation, you will go "DOP! that was so easy."

Take care if it's an Antec case. . . the header pin connectors are not grouped together, they're separated. It's very easy to get them switched around if you don't watch the labels closely. If you mix them up, don't worry. It won't work, but it won't hurt the mobo, either.

And I agree with Krell. . . you'll get much more satisfaction & experience by researching it yourself. If you get too frustrated, post back.

So to clarify, you bought a case that "has" the USB connectors, but you want to buy a MB that will support that?

Well this will quickly turn in to a "oh let me tell you what MB to buy" thread. poooy

The obvious pitfall is that you wil buy a MB that doesnt support it, so, just check. Take my word, this should be the least of your considerations when purchasing a MB.

Let me tell you what MB to buy. I have the Intel 850, 2 front USB and firewire plugs.

I have to admit, I did laugh out loud.
