How can I share my file to my friend through WinMX

Hello everyone, I have used WinMX around 4 months. But I want to know that can I share my files to my friend who I want to share only. Cos my university has firewall, I don't know other programme can do this way but WinMX. Can anyone teach me (I try the WinMX support but it is useless)

On WinMX, just create a Chatroom & have your friend meet you there, than search your files.
Soulseek is good for this, you can add him as a buddy, this way you can find each other. Thats the only thing I use SS for.

Another option for you is to install slavanap and run a server. Tell your friend the ip and he can logon. You can make the server private and etc.

I think you can also share files on a messaging service like AIM or Yahoo through a firewall. It is probably the simplest way to do it.

How do I find the hash of one of my files to give the hash to a friend?

Join a Chatroom search your own Files, download the File you want, when it starts to download, right click on it, choose find alternates, that should put the Hash in the search field.
