ummm welll I am trying to convert some xvid movies to high quality mpeg-2 SVCD to be able to play on my standalone...but all of a sudden dvd2svcd says it cant find a decompressor for this "Xvid" or "Divx" formats.... but the wIERD thing is I can play the files fine using BSplayer but they play all in slow motion in windows media player...please help if you could

I think BSPlayer comes with its own cedecs, did you install Nimo Codec Pack? You'll need both encoders & decoders for mpeg2, xvid & divx, NOT just decoders.

There is a bug with the current version of DVD2SVCD (1.1.2 Build 1 bundle) Try the prior version (DVD2SVCD 1.1.1 Build 2 bundle) and your xVID conversions will work fine.
