Problems downloading for the 1st time

Sorry this the 1si time i've used a file sharing portal and there are no help facilities on the program. I'll go through what i've done step by step:-

I type in the artist name and press search, wait for the result to be displayed

I press 'ping all results' and the column is filled with question marks click on the result I want.

I the chose the file I wanted to download however, when the transfer screen is displayed it just shows up the files in a red colour, nothing happens and there is no box to click onto next to the file name.

Anyone know what the problem is ?

geesh, haven't been on in awhile.
usually it says something like user "offline".
but generally it means they disconnected u.
one or the other.
just click on a bunch that suit your needs and one of them will start.
try putting available files on top and try the ones that list available spots like....."2 of 2", "5 of 5", etc.
it means they have 2 or 5 available spots and 2 or 5 r open.
if it says 2 of 6, then it means they have 4 uploads going and have room for 2 more.
be patient and fiddle around with it.
