It seems that every upload gets a "waiting for network connection: in my que and then times out. Any ideas what's wrong?

What p2p network are you using and what internet connection do you have?

On Open Nap Net & cable modem.

I've had the same exact problem with this, but it only started happening after I downloaded a movie (MPEG). If it helps, I am running a Windows ME machine, 56k connection (no firewall obviously), and WinMX Peer Network. As I said, this has only started after I've begun downloading movies.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
